Pros

Honestly I wish there was at least one but there isnt.

Cons

This has been by far the worst career move I could of even made. First off they mislead you by saying these are salery positions! They are not this is an hourly paid position. A few years ago they had a huge lawsuit ( google it) and changed from salery to hourly. They sell you on the fact that there goals are attainable which they really are not. Its as though you are a telemarketer and you are stuck in detention after school. Mirco managing to the fullest. Management does not lead by example. Horrible work environent and completely unprofessional. Their offices are disgusting . They turn their backs to complaints and notifying HR is a complete wast of time. This is not a job for a seasoned professional as they made it seem.

Pros

Senior management lies and tells you that you can sell to a massive Total Addressable Market to your face, however the total reachable market is a tiny fraction. This company harasses the client base with incessant phone calls and emails, so much so that companies request no further contact, but these fools do not stop!

Cons

Only tenured reps make money here. 20+ employees per month celebrate 1 year anniversary, but only 2 make it to year 2. It's a turn-style of new employees coming and going. Poor leadership, they don't even know what Messaging works! You use a company cellphone to Clock In that is GEO-FENCED to make sure you are in office and you are not allowed to be LATE or EARLY. It is a CALL CENTER, not a tech sales job because you are essentially teeing up deals for your Boss. The CEO does a regular all hands call where one can here him as he is obviously not informed of how poorly the company is actually run. Their pipeline is very fragile and Covid made this company IRRELEVANT. 15 people made President's Club, out of 500+ reps, a very few make $$ here.

Pros

Company pays for 1 free phone. Made positions available for employees during merger/acquisition.

Cons

Start at the top. CEO is not a leader. Does not care for employees. Talks down to people. Threatens employees. Only cares about himself. Very little communications from management on what is expected. CIO/Directors are not leading or directing. They do tasks that meant for worker bees. They filled their days with mundane tasks so they don't have time to plan for the future nor improving processes. I see no future in this company. I am surprised it survived for this long under this kind of management. Issues refurbished equipment to employees.
