Communication within the company is near-non-existant, and what little communication there is is horrifyingly unprofessional. They also chronically over hire, and after a 1 year safety period lay off anyone without a project, and with fewer and fewer projects, on top of those projects requiring a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, do not join this company unless you can meet the minimum 8 years of experience required for a project.

Company leadership is mostly of Indian origin bias to their own if your white, black, Latino, other nationality you have very chances of having a professional career. I worked for Cognizant for more than 10 years, but when my boss changed who of Indian origin he was very bias to employees from India while the rest got lower raises, bonus and no chances of promotions. I was let go because I refused to continue working on for him . Placed on bench applied to several positions only to be told that they had nothing that match my skills
