work groups give you a smaller more personalized approach to client work - many opportunities to grow and learn - many industries to gain experience - partners actually know your name, and care about even their lowest level employees - meal per diem during busy season - busy season hours aren't unreasonable

Cons

different industry in the summer vs during busy season - benefits and pay are mediocre - bonuses only go to those who work on "high value" and high profit clients

had a lot of coworkers my age out of college which made the job tolerable. pretty laid back office life. business casual. off season you only need to work 37.5 hours a week.

Cons

worked 15 hours day during busy season. they’re not really a support to mental health. especially during the pandemic they basically had you be at your desk from when you wake up to went you went to bed. depends on your team, but i have management that is very rude and not supportive. also they’re paying college graduates more than their year 2 associates now. they took away our raises and sign on bonus because of covid and never gave it back and it’s been a year.
