Pros

The work atmosphere is family friendly.Cole also uses the Fish Culture which is very fun and blends in well with the pediatric services it provides.

Cons

Quite honestly, I do not think there are any cons to working here. I have been with the company in my position over eight years. Cole did amazing things for my family when I gave birth to a special needs baby.

We're thrilled to hear that you’ve had such a rewarding experience as a front desk receptionist. This position is especially crucial, as you are the first point of contact for our organization, setting the tone for everyone who walks into our clinics. Thank you for all that you do.

Pros

They offer a good benefits package.

Cons

The caseload is very high-volume (typically 15-17 patients/day, 4 days/week) and heavily weighted toward high-behavior ASD clients. While this provides fast exposure, it could be overwhelming for a new clinician without strong external support systems in place. Because of the productivity-driven model, therapy is usually not individualized for patients, and goals are often the same for most patients. Supervision and overall support varies significantly depending on assignment. At times, feedback and case guidance can be limited, so you may have to independently learn evaluation and documentation workflows while managing a full caseload and backlog. Cancellations are typically filled very quickly, so schedules remain consistently full. During periods of illness or backlog, reducing caseload is not always an option.

We value your honest feedback. Our commitment to providing urgent and consistent care is central to our patient-first approach; however, we understand that this can occasionally result in heavy caseloads. We are sorry to learn that our attempts to address your needs as a clinician have not met your expectations. We will utilize this feedback to enhance our processes in the future. Thank you
