- Administration/Management team is good at listening to it's employees AND taking action about any issues. - Good communication and follow-up with employees - Fantastic work culture: positive, encouraging, team oriented - Management and employees set goals that actually get met - Great learning environment; good opportunities for professional growth and professional projects/leadership - Open to taking students and CFs - Interpreters on-site! Therapists can provide ethical and effective speech therapy to bilingual clients so easily!

Cons

- Fast paced work environment (could be a pro or con depending how you work) at Humble location - Can be loud/crowded at times, due to the high volume of patients we receive at Humble location

Helping the kids improve at daily tasks.

Cons

Horrible management and training. There is no pay increase for a very long time although it is promised after 30 days. Must be willing to train yourself. They do not clean up!!
