Cole Health is a wonderful place to work. I love all of my coworkers and they hold true to their value of patient first. We are always having fun days/activities. We all enjoy sharing our successes with each other as well as collaborating in order to provide the best care.

Cons

Some days are harder than others, but that is with most any job you have.

The amount of PTO is generous. You can flex time on your schedule when you need to take time off if you don't have enough PTO earned. There is a great work culture. Everyone is friendly and the patients are the highest priority.

Cons

It can be busy; especially at the larger locations.

Cons

- full schedule - diversity in patient diagnoses - cross discipline support - treats the whole patient - family involvement in therapy - they have their own foundation that helps current patients and the outside community - mission trips!!! Cole truly serves around the world!
