- 4 day work week - decent benefits compared to other jobs I’ve had - people care about their patients - still get paid if patient doesn’t show up - thorough tech training - supportive coworkers - gain a ton of experience with different disorders - Spanish interpreters are provided if you aren’t fluent in Spanish - the parents sometimes bring you gifts

- the pay isn’t amazing, but the benefits and 3 day weekends are great - heavy caseload - work/life balance (too tired to do anything after workday) - paperwork!! - if you’re an introvert you may get annoyed with the expectation to socialize with everyone
