Cole Academy is full of positive energy. The technicians all work together and get along. We have so much fun, and so do the children. Seeing the progress is amazing, and we always seem to have some sort of fun event planned for the employees or parents. Everyone is extremely helpful, and upper management is extremely supportive.

Cons

Honestly I don’t have any cons to mention. I do believe everyone in this industry should make more money for our work, but I love going to work each day!
