Being a patient first is the motto. I love seeing the kids improve each day and it's great to see them happy. My supervisors and co-workers are friendly and willing to help you out when needed. Definitely family-friendly with the patients and parents too.

Cons

Very high turnover rate and Working with the kids based on the "scheduler", not best fit and last minute changes occurs every day with the therapists, and Low pay wage
