Cole truly is a unique place. Every individual in this company, whether it is company leadership or the hardworking and dedicated therapists, care so deeply about the children whose lives they impact and the work Cole Health does as a whole. Every morning I wake up invigorated to be in the community educating others about Cole and work I love doing! This job has shown me that you can truly love what you do while maintaining a great work/life balance and giving back to your community.

Love the team that I get to work with. Everyone is so genuine with a patient first mindset. Low productivity requirement when compared with other offers that I have received.

Cons

Fast paced environment that may not be for everyone if you need a lot of down time.
