- great team culture - great training - supportive management - they have great work life balance

Cons

- it takes awhile to accrue PTO - there is a lack of training when working with aggressive kids; however, it is something they are working to address

There are ways to grow within the company that are clearly outlined. My team has became my work family, and the culture that Cole provides (fun, genuine, team-oriented, rewarding) has kept me here for years.
