Heavy caseloads, poor on boarding, lack of communication, no boundaries for clients or consequences for when they violate code of conduct, gossip among management, overloaded with documentation, repeat billing, it's about the money/productivity not helping the clients. I did a lot of useless things to meet numbers when I could of been helping people.

This job is probably the worse job I've ever experienced. Be prepared to work alot at home with work that you never got done due to being with clients. Clients can be very rude when they dont get their way all the time. Be prepared to work with 65+ clients making only 15 a hr. A client of mine had bedbugs and i literally accidentally took one home with me. Imagine that experience. Your constantly listening to everyones problems. Clients are impatient. Your going to have notes due every 24 hrs. Youll probably end up doing them when you get home from work. clients call your personal phone. You have to use your own personal car. No room for growth. And you never feel like your doing enough :)
