Worst place possible to work

Pros

None. Scary bad place. I regret staying as long as I did hoping it would get better-I hung in there for four years hoping. It didn’t happen.

Cons

Leadership is downright crazy and unprofessional. More worried about drinking and sleeping with people. They don’t care about staff at all-we were expendable in their mind. The benefits and pay were horrible and well below industry standard. There was zero support from any level of management. The couple of leaders they got in that were decent quickly left because of being treated badly in this sick system. We regularly referred clients to the other agencies because of the staffing issues, outdated treatment materials we were forced to use and lack of training. They work staff like dogs and then kick them on the way out the door.

Pros

Flexible hours, company vehicle, self driven daily routine, company acknowledgement and corporate transparency, marginal tuition reimbursement, phone allowance. Satisfactory, short term introduction to case management.

Cons

Case managers are taxi drivers with college degrees, poor communication within organization, monthly productivity requirements reduce quality of client care, few competitors in area, events of client non-compliance of treatment often attributed to case manager deficiency, very high turn over within case management, new hire training disconjointed. 1 month notice required to collect PTO; which is a struggle to use due to monthly productivity expectations.

Pros

Friendly , hardworking Co workers who are very open and honest. Other than that there really are no pros. Something really needs to change around here.

Cons

CEO doesn't care about employees, especially at the Coleman Data Solutions subsidiary of Coleman Professional Services. There are employees who have been here for 20 years and still have not recieved a raise or promotion. They hire handicapped people to "help" them. But really all it is, is cheap labor, they pay them minimum wage, for 20 years straight! Scarce raises, never see bonuses at Coleman Data, EVER. Horrible health care, constant lay offs. And much much more..
