Pros

The people I work every day are truly incredible. It helps that we have a product that I believe in, but working with coworkers and leaders who care about you, really does make going to work something that I enjoy.

Cons

The benefits are good, but it would be nice if we had more choices in insurance providers.

Pros

Incredibly sharp people in engineering. Working with programmers you can count on to consistently produce quality code is great, and the CEO seems to place high priority on supporting the engineers. Supportive and meritocratic culture, good leadership from team level up to C suite. The executive team has made great strides since the merger, in the last year and a half the company has been showing promising growth and innovation. Great work life balance, fun company events like frequent game nights.

Cons

Company does not match 401k contributions. There's room for advancement, but the pace is a bit slower than it is at some other companies.
