Pros

- One of the rare product based companies in chennai - Owning subversion & had some good quality people in SVN area - Following agile process

Cons

- Currently very very bad engineering management chennai office - WORST WORK CULTURE - There is real motivation for anyone to work in this company - No one cares about developing the product, all are worried about hiring more head counts & enjoying life with out doing much work - One of the worst HR practice followed in this organization recently - Management has no clue about what they want to do

Pros

The technology is well known and with the vast amount of products and services to sell you can almost always find something to talk about with a prospect . Agile, SVN, ALM and the list goes on. Coworkers were always friendly and willing to help.

Cons

Office politics are rampant and all the different divisions of the company are very siloed. The greatest downfall I was exposed to was the horrible management of the inside sales team. Micro management lead to over participation in deal crafting which drove willing customers with ready cash to competition. Revamping of sales territories without proper thought to product sales resulting in no significant increase in revenue after hiring 6 new sales reps. The Company was always in search of a new round of funding to keep things afloat and that often caused commission delays for the sales team. Comp plans were always drastically changed up every quarter and always late.
