VersionOne is a wonderful group of people with a commitment to excellence that is seen in every aspect of the culture; making sure everyone feels included, setting goals that not only match the offering of competitors in the market but exceed them, and welcoming new ideas and techniques based on their merits.

Cons

Flat type structure, so if you're looking for aggressive ladder climbing not the right place.

CollabNet is a sleeping giant in its market space. Has the potential to dominate the industry. Liked many of my colleagues and found them to be friendly

Cons

The company has MANY issues. - Products are ugly and not intuitive. They need better UI - The marketing department lacks direction to drive sales - Company has high turn over and bad culture - Standard operating procedures almost don't exist, same with training - A lack of clear direction from C level down leadership
