Small company so it's very easy to make a nice reputation for yourself if you are polite and helpful. Loads of resources available, free laptop (lenovo thinkpads mostly), wiki pages to get you started quickly and mostly management is ok with you learning a bit on the job.
Cons
Not working from an office can be a bit daunting, you can sometimes be alone at 3am trying your best to hit a deadline and running into a brick wall over and over again. Sometimes management can be a bit poor with organization at times depending on the department.
Very competent co-workers, great and diverse tasks.
As a consultancy Collaboras interests are well aligned with its consultants when it comes to marketing and making a name for both.
Very flat management, which suits me, but perhaps not everyone.
Cons
Salary increases are tied to title bumps, which means no implied yearly increase.
