      Pros

      Great bunch of people. Management are friendly and approachable. If you enjoy working on Open Source, it's great really.

      Cons

      Distributed teams across timezones can be tricky to deal with, and sometimes the work can be quite a tedious grind (depends entirely on the current projects though).
