Workday certification is required which adds to your resume
Cons
Very expensive pay back policy on for the Workday certification if you leave up to 2 years later. Mean 'girl/person' mentality on providing feedback. The leadership has ego driven feedback which seriously brings down overall morale. Extreme micromanagement is applauded. Managers who do not attend meetings are providing aggressive negative feedback based on comments from an underperforming colleague who is clearly over their head in their own position.
