      Pros

      403b and tuition reimbursement - Benefits in general were good.

      Cons

      President is a joke but everyone should have known when he came in dropping the F bomb the first town meeting. The cronyism is ridiculous and it’s the only way you move up. Stroke higher up egos and you may get a title change, work hard and you aren’t moving anywhere fast. Organization has taken a turn for the worst and it’s unfortunate since the goal is helping students connect to College success.

      Customer Service Dept Not So Good

      Pros

      The company offers free drinks and a nice office. Benefits can be better than most companies.

      Cons

      The whole customer service dept. has a negative energy. It is not your regular company, I noticied that management will become unprofessional at times. There is no help from management- they show a lazy but family oriented culture. which to a business professional rubs you the wrong way. The director is no-where to be foubd. When leadership shows frustration for the littlest things you as an employee start to lose confidence. A lot of smiling in your face but they are watching you with no feeeback. Alot of employees not qualified but still stick around because they are vested in the company. If someone can do a better job, hire that person for the sake to make your non-profit more effective.

      Pros

      This company has really good benefit. Very nice colleagues and supervisors. The senior management has great vision and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      The company is big. so the process of moving up is kind of slow and the senior management has been trying to change but still a lot of things are unclear.
