      Pros

      Very cooperative atmosphere. I found the work satisfying, and enjoyed the respect that everyone showed one another. My supervisors had genuine passion for what they did, which spread to the rest of the team. I felt appreciated, and that my ideas and contributions were valued. I highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about here, I enjoyed my time with The College Board.

      Proctoring is very fun and puts much value on one's lazy hours

      Pros

      Work 4 hours, get 80-100 dollars on Saturday mornings. That is not a bad wage for just laying around. The bosses change over time, but generally, your recognize everyone there. There are also free cookies and coffee.

      Cons

      Requires an ability to read, requires one to wake up early on Saturday, only pays around $20 per hour.

      The College Board is a good place to work, especially if you want to feel like you are working towards the greater good of improving American education.

      Cons

      The College Board is not an easy place to manage your career after a certain point. One can be promoted to a certain level but then it is extremely unclear how to get to the next level because there is no competency framework or evaluation.
