WORST EVER

Pros

No pros you come here to be belittled and abused. By “management” with no experience or training to get that title .

Cons

Expect to be inundated with work, zero help or guidance. Management ignores emails and messages. You will be belittled every time they “review” you. Worst place I’ve ever worked.

Pros

Awesome culture and love my team. My bonus last year was great and I’ve been promoted twice in the last two years! Love my job

Cons

Can get overloaded with work sometimes and I struggle to maintain work life balance sometimes. But overall it’s still much better than my previous consulting company!

Absolutely laughable yet traumatizing place to work; steer clear

Pros

I learned a lot (although not enough) in a very short time because I was thrown to the wolves and then blamed for my incompetence.

Cons

Where to start? Offer took months. Recruiter constantly texted me updates with information inconsistent with what I got from future team members. Lack of communication among management - for example, tasks were accidentally assigned to more than one person on the team. No clear supervisory structure - all of my training and support was done by a colleague with no managerial standing with self-professed ocd (translation: she had a need to control everything and everyone). Major red flags started within my first week when my supervisor warned me about a coworker and said that they warn everyone (excuse me, what? Is this middle school?). Lots of backstabbing and throwing under the bus of team members the likes of which I haven't encountered since sixth grade. One solid, honest person on the team; the rest were ready to step on each other and get ahead no matter the cost. It became clear very soon after I was hired that their expectations were far beyond what I had discussed with them regarding my experience (or lack of). Hey, my bad - you interviewed me 3x and still didn't hear anything I said OR read my resume. After 2 months, I let my supervisor know I was struggling and knew I was off to a poor start, and I was brushed off and told "don't worry about that right now.; we'll talk about that in your performance review" Fast forward one month and I was let go. Terrible, traumatizing experience. My confidence is heavily damaged and I left a solid job where I was comfortable (although not learning and growing). I am now unemployed just in time for the holidays. You guys can have each other; you deserve it! Happy holidays!
