A FT salaried employee, I love the benefits.
Cons
However, this company has grown both in revenue and reputation on the work of front line employees. These employees- lab and testing-often work as temp contractors who fear for their next contract renewal. More importantly, many contracted COVID while working and, in January 2022 during a HORRIBLE surge, Color abandoned them and did not poractively care for their health. Meanwhile, 90 percent ot the company works safely from home.
