Pros
First few years were great. The company felt welcoming and like it cared about staff. Great coworkers, thoughtful discussions, activities to keep people engaged while working from home
Cons
Management has no transparency, decisions are made without including the people those decisions will impact. Cliques form and leave some employees out of discussions or create unbalanced work loads. Many of the people that made the job great left Color in 2020/2021. Others were let go without clear reason. One was never given a cause, the other was given a reason that was proven false within a few weeks. Many of the goals Color said they had were never realized and left employees dissatisfied. I suspect more staff will quit in the coming year.
