- Employees are overworked and some functions are woefully underappreciated and unrecognized ( even within the same leadership line).
- Burn out is high and there has been little action directed at employees to help them out.
- Major lack of transparency from management and leadership around decision making.
- One of the executives is a bully. If you are unfortunate enough to end up in her way while doing your job this will be made crystal clear.
-Lots of turn over
-Too many cliques and in-groups coupled with a lack of online community presence for remote employees.
-The company is going in way too many directions and it's unclear to employees what we offer as our product (s). It's really unclear if Color will continue to thrive post-covid.
