      - Mission-driven company: everyone on the team is genuinely invested in improving the well-being and health of others, and the work the team does reflects that. - Exciting blend of software and biotech: the team is focused on population health, genomics, and now COVID-19 testing. It's been refreshing to be a part of a company directly and positively impacting the community, especially during these trying times. - Transparent, low ego culture: even though Color has been around for 5+ years and has secured late-stage funding, we are still a scrappy team, and there are ample opportunities to take on new responsibilities and go beyond the scope of your role. Diverse and inclusive workplace.
