The innovation of genetics and software we are building is impacting how healthcare is being delivered in the world. - The team is very multi-disciplinary with experts in variety with experts in software, science, and clinical care. - The people are extremely nice, smart and passionate. - Allows lots of individual creativity on the team,

      - Small team, lots of work and too little people - Working with hospitals systems and large employers can feel slow moving at times.

      - The best thing about color is the people - the people are kind, smart, and a delight to work with. - Working at a mission-driven company, on a product that helps people live healthier lives and is trying to tackle big challenges in the healthcare space - There are huge opportunities to have a big impact as a software engineer. Engineers have a ton of freedom, and it doesn't feel like work is handed down from the top. Individuals are empowered to propose, and take ownership, and lead projects. - A super exciting time in population genomics
