Color is a very employee-centered company. I feel truly valued as a person and as an employee, and the culture here is inviting, respectful and fun! Color's mission and values lure the cream of the crop employees, and the benefits and flexibility offered are top notch. I work 100% remotely from home, and Color's team makes me feel included and welcome in many ways (e.g., Zoom meetings/syncs, invitations to attend onsites and retreats, sending company swag, etc.).
