      Pros

      Color is a really great place to work. The team is lean, so a ton of opportunity to learn and grow. Leadership keeps us engaged and aware of what is happening so it feels like we are all helping move the company forward. People are incredibly smart, and happy to help in ways outside of their job description. Very much a one team mentality. A lot of people at Color have been with the company since the beginning, which is a positive signal about the company being a place to grow your career and make an impact.

      Cons

      Because our teams are so lean we all work hard. If you’re not motivated by the company’s mission it is easy to lose sight of the “why” for some things.

      Cons

      As with any startup, it's important that we continue to build a foundation with processes that can easily scale overtime as we grow and transition from a small startup to a midsize company.
