Pros

The vast majority of people are really kind and fun to work with. The hours are usually flexible and you feel like you are part of a family. The location is also good.

Cons

Management seems to terminate people with little cause or review. There is almost no room for movement within the company and they solicit external candidates before offering positions to qualified internal candidates. The organization is far too "top down"
