Pros

Some good coworkers with a lot of dedication. Sad that they feel they have no other options. Alot of good people are gone.

Cons

There's so much wrong with this company. I have seen a lot of bad management but this company is unique. They wear staff down. They are demeaning. There's no support for staff. The managers HR and CEO are all involved and let it go on. Staff knows exactly what's going on. VNA is under investigation for several issues. They have lost clients. In spite of being on the verge of going under they still have the nerve to treat employees horribly. They lie and cheat and instead of trying to save their company they plan and scheme to have staff fail. They hate to pay unemployment or workmans comp or overtime. The labor board has their number. They have angry clients trying to break in the front door. They could care less about employees safety including staff who make home visits. They will reap what they sow and the sooner the better.

Colorado Visiting Nurse Association Response

Colorado VNA is committed to providing not only outstanding service and care to our clients and patients but also a rewarding, productive, safe, and comfortable environment for our employees. Our employees are the ones who make it possible for us to provide the services that our clients and their loved ones need and value. We take very seriously our legal and ethical obligations to our staff, and we encourage all employees to bring any concerns to our attention immediately so that we can address them swiftly and effectively. This individual is simply incorrect about the goals of our organization, our clients' satisfaction, and our treatment of our staff. We regret that this employee was unhappy with his or her experience at VNA Colorado and declined to bring his or her concerns forward during employment. We are confident that any concerns or misconceptions could have been resolved.
