The Colorado VNA is committed to the education and continual training of staff which includes up to a 3 month Orientation for our clinical and paraprofessional staff plus ongoing skills training. As a non profit, we are constant stewards of our resources. Our focus is providing the quality patient care and recognized as 4 Star Elite status and proud of our 7% readmission rate. We are growing and continually responding to the increased demand in healthcare services.

My manager was wonderful, very focused on the end goal and quality standards but also a genuine encourager! Great staff and great support for someone new to the home care field.

Cons

Lots of shuffling around of office personnel. Dynamic and changing like health care but trying very hard to stay current and ahead.
