      Pros

      Fourty hour work week, life balance, great support from other stores, discourages overtime, utility roles, everyone does everything, local company, love working here. Great community stores

      Cons

      Old management from other banks don't understand the culture from previous mergers. This creates conflict amongst team members and stores.

      Good culture and upper management.

      Cons

      Lower managers seem to be "Peter Principled". That is they are elevated to their level of incompetence. Many seem to think that they are managing fast food employees rather than professionals. Very unfortunate that they do not focus on results. Obvious favoritism, unprofessional feedback, lack of management support and training are evident.
