Pros

did not immediately lay off current employees of bank they merged with.

Cons

"universal" job titles create less opportunity for growth or pay increase based on merit, low pay, merge process was messy and often unethical, accounts offered are nothing special and hard to sell, system glitches became a part of procedure and were never fixed, being forced to call myself an "associate" and the branch a "store" made me feel easily expendable and less proud of my profession

Pros

Amazing work culture, friendly employees, "motivational moments" once a week

Cons

The only con was that the bank was in the integration process with Sterling. This made it more complicated to get work done. Hopefully everything is running smoothly!

Pros

Awesome pay and benefits, treated like adults and given freedom to have cell phones and take care of personal tasks as long as it didn't interfere with job. Npt like other call ccenters where you have to follow strict rukes and treated like you're in High school

Cons

Managers don't look for solutions and if you are disliked by upper management, you get picked on.
