Pros

If the culture actually aligned with what the job and environment was, it would truly be the worlds greatest bank. What "corporate" projects is great but is seldom the reality

Cons

Staffing model stresses employees. There has been so much turnover its rare to see someone in a job longer than a 2 years. Salaries are low compared to competitors in mid level jobs. Very little grow potential for entry level positions

Pros

Decent pay and good benefits.

Cons

Poor management, little follow-through on company goals-if you're drawn to the community involvement aspect, don't get your hopes up; terrible communication; far too many changes within the company with little preparation-store hours, lunch length, system upgrades; no support from management during busy times; little flexibility the few times I requested early leave for appointments, yet the manager and assistant are constantly leaving early, coming in late, and just not showing up; zero support when it comes to switching locations or pursuing better opportunities within the company-the manager will literally stop that from happening; all around bad attitudes from manager and assistant.

Pros

Much of the work is independent, and management cares about my happiness at work. There are lots of opportunities for training, and I've gained a lot of experience in my field. Good benefits.

Cons

I'm underpaid for my level of experience and location. No one will tell me what the pay range is for different departments or positions, which makes me suspect that the company pays too little compared to the rest of the industry. HR has told me that advancements to not come with raises.
