Worlds Greatest Bank - thinking probably not - Worked there almost 10 years

Pros

Managers were great, caring and concerned with your life. Upper management really concerned about $$'s. After last merger things went downhill fast. Still managers in Customer Service were wonderful, trying their hardest to keep us upbeat.

Cons

Took us from a great Customer Service call center to not good. Way too many people calling in for how many call center people available. Closing 30 bank location within the next year. Bank locations don't know enough to help people with online information and a lot of everyday procedure's making call volume soar.

Relaxed atmosphere. Annual goals are very achievable. Coaching is available if you just ask. VERY supportive local management. Brilliant solution to digital banking, BFF App!

Cons

Online banking and in-store technology is years behind the competition. This creates extra work for the customer facing staff. BFF App isn't available on Android yet! BFF should be available for business clients too.
