Pros

Community Oriented. There is a real community feel within the teams, with the customers and in the work we do throughout our foot print. We are empowered to do the right thing for our customers.

Cons

They do like to promote from within but there are not always openings available. Some of the management is good at retaining the great employees but some are not and we lose a lot of good people. This makes it more difficult for the ones that remain because we spend a lot of time training new people.

Pros

The bank often has promotions that allow you to make extra incentive. They offer health and dental benefits even for part time Associates. The company is still new and is looking to make improvements. Depending on the are you work in you have potential for growth.

Cons

The job title Universal Associate is a fancy title that basically means you do everything. Typically you are paid less and have far more responsibility. The job often feels like a popularity contest.
