Pros

The benefits are good and for basic coverage there isn't a monthly charge.

Cons

They're over their heads and ultimately their customers suffer. Their lower and mid-management employees aren't good leaders. Those doing the majority of the work are under-appreciated. Not enough value is placed on helping the customer.

Pros

40 hours of paid community service a year, but in my store, there was not enough staff to be able to do the community service during work hours, so had to volunteer on the weekends.

Cons

under-staffed, hostile work environment, belittled on a daily basis, felt more like a child than an employee. The manager needs more people training skills. Favortism was very real and the manager showed her displeasure. Went home every night for four months in tears and went to work every day walking on egg shells. Not a good environment.
