Pros

Working here was a painful experience. The facility does not care about standards at all. They are not accredited by The Joint Commission or any reputable source and that says enough about the quality of care they provide and how much they care about patient safety. The employee values are “CARES” which is an acronym for Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, and Safety. From the top down they do not live these values. Erik Thorsen, Nicole Williams, and Jarrod Karnofski do not live these values or even pretend to.

Cons

Management does not care about its staff and we all felt it.
