Health insurance, strong and motivational one-up, excellent IT assistance/help, good employee discounts.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top (pleasing the right people and making money [politics] is the focus), inequitable pay, not at all DEI-driven, inequitable discipline/accountability. If you are good at your job, you'll get more responsibility without more pay or more room at the decision table but if you are bad at your job but bring in revenue, you can basically do anything you want whenever you want.
