Good Service, but not a good company.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with the clients in their homes. I thought that Orientation was well put together, it had a lot of good pointers to make the job less stressful for the client and employee.

Cons

Even though the company looked real good on paper. Management was very unorganized and didn't follow their own policies. I was not given the support from the company I needed to do my job with excellence. The clients have a right for quality care. They had very few client cases, so I never got the opportunity to work much.

They are very flexible and willing to work around your school schedule. Office management is very nice

Cons

Tend to overwork their caregivers sometimes and the pay is not that great for what we do.

I enjoyed working here because of the people I took care of I really enjoy helping others, the office staff was nice and helpful also

Cons

The pay is low my opinion it should be higher for taking care of someone.
