Personally love working for Elderly population and with families.

Cons

New Owner/Operator- West Bloomfield Office- has absolutely no education or experience working in this business. Too busy crunching the $$$ and nickle and dimeing the families. Sad the Franchise didn't check her out first.

Lazy family members are let off the hook.

Cons

Shoddy training, most care providers are obese, workers without medical coverage have been given gratuities to cover medical costs so they can go to work Your employees are not paid enough for them to care about people as individuals. Your management of the company is way below average, you employ family, it's sometimes not known who or which aide is coming to the house.
