The job is rewarding, you get to care for the elderly.

Cons

Pay isn't great. They promise hours and don't give them to you, then they send you places you don't have experience with. Needs better training.

Loved the residents, not really a pro for the business though

Cons

Worst place I have worked at. Employees call off all the time. Management puts too much work on employees. Constantly running around while other employees were overlooked in the breakroom
