Absolutely no recognition. They have those bonuses and those are okay but my previous "employer" sent those in. An invisible nurse. Worked opposite 2 other nurses who I'm sure feel the same way. Skipped over at Christmas time for bonus because I lived so far away from the company they told me I didn't have to attend the meeting.... so none of us got a bonus. I was with the company over a year with no talk of getting a raise. And I know the other nurse has been there a lot longer and know she hasn't gotten a raise either. I think we were the only nurses on the payroll..... all of the rest of the employees are patient assistance. They hired an incompetent RN that almost killed the client, and yet she is still working there that's why I quit!

This company is very very racist, I am a former employee and saw racism with my very own eyes. If you do not have money they do not give a crap about you. They never had any hours or clients for me! And they did not give me the proper training, very stuck up when I asked questions on the clients etc.
