      Pros

      Fairly generous first year of PTO Location Commuter tax payback Ability to change your worn hours once trained No teamwork HORRIBLE culture - no culture at all honestly

      Cons

      Wages suck Bonus program sucks. Basically amounts to nothing. Snacks and drinks they provide are almost always empty. Minimum of one year working at Compsych required before applying for other jobs within company

      - Office Location - Since the work is not challenging, there is lots of time to look for other jobs (on your cell phone, not the computers, which they monitor).

      Cons

      - No opportunities for career advancement - Terrible management and senior leadership team - No recognition for a job well done - Outdated technology - The culture is oppressive - This is a call center
