Pros

Great to get recognized for hard work.. working daily and taking your share of calls means extra bonus $$$ in your pocket every pay check instead of year end bonus.. who does that!.. jeans during the 1st quarter, Friday bagels, 7.5 hour working days, and great work culture and people, make it great to be part of this company.

Cons

benefits could be a bit more attractive and less pricey but they are decent.. unfortunate that new folks coming in feel 'entitled' and not use to working a full 8 hour shift. co-workers feel that 'other' in job description is to open and want to stick with only their job description... not a reality and welcome to the real world.

Pros

Off major holidays like Christmas and New Years. No weekends. Nice people to work with. Manager in Las Vegas is very nice and accommodating with life issues.

Cons

Costly benefits.. Limited pay, no chance for OT, on the phone all day, dealing with depressed or injured employees who are having issues with their health care providers submitting certification. Have to work holidays like MLK and Presidents day, and since you're salaried, you don't receive holiday pay. The benefits are either too expensive or too high of copay. Can't get a raise or promotion until you've been with company for a year. Claims positions (handle emails) mainly go to those in Chicago. For a company that preaches employee well being, it sure is a pain in the rear to submit your own FMLA.

Cons

Work place policies and management is slightly outdated, becoming more progressive everyday though!
