W-2 with possible benefits (conditional) Earnings potential One week training mostly paid by company Managers help you earn money in first 4 weeks. (That's the plan) iPad provided by company

Cons

All expenses paid by employee Company does a poor job marketing, and community involvement Website is terrible for lead gen (compared to AFLAC) Product works best in lower-moderate income areas Life insurance is terribly overpriced (it's a ripoff) Other products expensive except for AP Managers hit and miss Not very simulating Way too many bean counters Commissions very low compared to other companies Can't email an app link to prospect

None. No pros to this company. Looks like the company has changed significantly since Mr. Stone died and no longer lives up to his standards.

Cons

High pressure sales, low ethics, poor training & management. Revolving door. "Old timer" had been in office less than 9 months.
