Toxic work environment. Daily sales blitzes starting first thing in the morning. In office now 4-5 days a week. Micromanaged. Toxic environment. Leadership likes to play mind games. Silly contests that date back to the 90’s. Ask to see how many are at goal for the year and see if that is the type of organization you want to work for. After 17 months you are considered a a”Senior EAE” and for that you get 30% higher quota however 40% less payout. Revolving door of employees. No fun, dated systems and processes/procedures.

Where do I begin. Comp plan change that is designed to make sales executives make less money. Management tried to brain wash you into thinking it's the next best thing Company is pushing ridiculous 40 dollar cell phone that runs off tier 2 Verizon towers. Verizon is already spotty and you are getting a lower grade service. Promoting managers into directors that could not even perform in their current role. Too many time consuming calls that prevent you from working. oh and if you miss your quota you are micro managed until you find something else or get fired. DE&I??? This company has so many law suits for discrimination leadership should all put on clown hats for presenting a DE&I meeting. There is nothing about equality at this company. If you are employed there now and don't see the writing on the wall with top Sales people and VP's that been with the company for decades leaving ..... well good luck.. Don't forget to hit your quota in cell phones this month or you won't have a commission check
