      Pros

      Free or reduced internet service, IF you stay in a serviceable area. Commission ramps up so that you can catch up

      Cons

      This has been the worst week of work in my entire career. This company churns good people in and out like nothing. The amount of anxiety and uncertainty and frustration o have felt in 6 days of working there is unfathomable. The department is constantly cannibalizing its own sales. The environment is hectic and the training is minimal. I have never hated anywhere as much as I hate this place after 1 week.

      Where do I start? the only people that will survive here are slimy sales people. The metrics are impossible to hit so you have to be a dirty salesperson to survive. they care nothing about customer service. you get cursed out and talked to so poorly being screamed at and your "supervisors" tell you to grin and bear it kill them with kindness.

      SLT makes you lower the ratings you give your employees. Promotions are impossible to achieve unless you are in the Orion organization then you get promotions for spending millions and having nothing to show for it. Male dominant organization and most of the talented leaders who were also part of the organization strong DEI culture were laid off. ENPS is also a scam because they know who wrote it and only use ENPS to hold lower leaders accountable although the feedback is for SLT
