      Pros

      Good pay, ESPP, and depending on your team/department most people are generally nice.

      Cons

      Not the most secure job. HR is not there for the employee in the slightest(beware). Hiring and promotion is not merit based, more based on gender and if you check one of the DEI boxes unfortunately. This correlates to the declining stock price.

      Excellant culture. Management is very flexible. Trying to expand its foot prints in chennai and more places. Nice work life balance IJP is an option to choose areas of your interest.

      No negatives as of now.
